the small kitchen
Friday Creamery started in a small kitchen at our childhood home in 2019.
Back then, we made ice cream in small batches and sold it through a pre-order system. We personally delivered every order around Jakarta. During that time, we realized something: many people wanted healthier food, but also didn’t want to give up ice cream.
That’s when we knew, ice cream could be better. And that’s how Friday Creamery began.
